Auto-Owners Insurance Reviews

8:33 AM
It's funny that the two first Auto Insurance Companies I searched to review have bad reputation in online reviews center. Auto-Owners Insurance is a big insurance group located in Michigan. Same like One Star for AAA Auto Insurance, this insurance also have problem in claims as reviewers said. Overall, Auto Owners (with 3 of 5 stars) is better than AAA (1 of 5 stars).

A bad review comes from a client who titled his writing by stating that you can lose your house for foreclosure from Auto-Owners Insurance. He also stated that this insurance have the bad customer reviews. Sometimes the customers service acts like kids. It's sick that you have to lose something when you need a protection. Is this what a liable insurance company do when facing a claim from their client?

stated his difficulties in claims. Even though he has filed the report to police and the insurance, he did not get what he deserve. On October 20, 2014 Rick wrote that the customer service of this insurance company is terrible and just want its clients money. Rick reminds you to not to purchase anything from this company.

I will be fair, the negative reviews is in the one side. But in the other side this auto insurance company also have a positive reviews that make it 3 of 5 stars company. There are some pros in this company, they are: simple adjusting progress, affordable rates, many discounts and big insurance variety. An independent insurance agent stated that the mistake usually does not come from them but from Crawford and Company. He stated that an insurance company does not always have claims reps in every areas. Auto-Owners company hired an independent agent to handle and act as adjusters.

The cons side of this insurance are Back-and-forth payment claims and miss information about the customer reps in each areas. That now we find that the general mistake of this big insurance company is that they do not have customers and claims reps in each state. That's why a client find it harder to make claims.

However, a client can make his own best decision.
