As a big insurance company in USA, American Automobile Association, AAA should make a great in improvement in their service. Consumer Affairs gave this insurance one of five star. It's a shame. It's a terrible thing if you want to protect your car with insurance and then all you get is disappointment. We do not need to compare them with another automobile insurance. Reading all of the reviews can give clients a brief conclusion that there is something wrong with this company.
There are 140 bad reviews in the website started from 2008 to 2015. Imagine that there are so many clients out there who are not willing to write such reviews because they know that they cannot get some benefit from it.

The worst thing on this auto insurance company is about the claims. AAA was launched in early 1990's that their experience is enough. But they still make the very basic mistake, poor service in claims. They do not come when you need them to see your automobile damage. They also have very unreliable staff who are asked to handle the claims. As written by a client on October 2014. He stated that this is the worst automobile insurance company.
If you are about to have a real insurance for your automobile, then this insurance is not the good choice. The want to you to pay but expecting there is no claims. A mother was dropped from the insurance because she made too many claims. Too many claims? Yes, she claimed four times in four years.
